Re: What Would be the Best Accelerometer for Detecting an Impact / Crash

Hello: How about SCC2230-E02? https://nz.rs-online.com/web/p/accelerometer-sensors/9039947/ P.S.: You might want to consider telling us what material are you talking about here. Different material will cause different deceleration pattern, resulting different IMU to be considered appropriate for the...

Additional question for Impedance Controlled Track

Hello all: I have manufactured my PCBs. However, prior to manufacturing, I was being told that the impedance controlled track I designed does not match up with desired value, and it is 10 ohm off comparing with calculated value, where they recalculated the desirable track width/gap to correct the er...

Re: About Track Impedance in High Frequency Applications

Hey there: So I asked one of the chinese manufacture and asked for the details of their standard configuration. This is what they told me: ---------- 35um copper +++++0.2mm FR-4 ---------- 35um copper +++++1.2mm FR-4 ---------- 35um copper +++++0.2mm FR-4 ---------- 35um copper And BTW your example ...

Re: About Track Impedance in High Frequency Applications

Hey microman
Ok thanks.

Thanks

Re: About Track Impedance in High Frequency Applications

Hey microman: Ok so ... 1. How do i know if my design is valid enough so it does not radiate illegally? 2. Is the effect of having a lower than expected impedance same as higher than expected? 3. Will it have a better effect if I have a piece of ground in middle of the two data line or will it make ...
