Advice gratefully received!

Post by Kgs » Mon Jul 29, 2019 6:33 am

I have two teenagers passionate about STEM activities who would love to be involved with Bright Sparks activities but their schools are not into it and I have no knowledge. How can they find out more? Are there any clubs/ groups/ classes/ support avenues you can suggest. Many thanks, Kgs :)

Hi Kgs,

I find forums are amazing! (Like Skills Brightspaks and Arduino).

I would recommend starting with Arduino but some prefer Picaxe.

Helpful links for getting started with Arduino:

I would recommend using the Arduino Uno as they are versatile and very popular. (Have a look around as you might get it cheaper!)
